For the month of October, I decided to showcase the color yellow, in the honey, mustard and gold range in lieu of lemon or primary shades. Yellow can sometimes be overlooked in both quilting and fashion/home trends as well. These rich shades of yellow will add warmth and depth to your home, perhaps just the right color to brighten the long hours of winter darkness on its way.
This patchwork quilt features over 20 unique prints, in ranges of gold and lower volume designs, with a gorgeous blush pink floral on the back. It is made with quality quilting cotton and batting, has been prewashed in cold water and dried on normal tumble dry cycle. It measures 50×56 inches, a throw size for the couch or your favorite reading chair. Pieced and quilted in my home studio, shipped from Nova Scotia, Canada
